These panels illustrate the history of Lower Town, one of the oldest neighborhoods in Ann Arbor. Installed on a new parking structure built in the neighborhood, each panel has a specific theme or focus within two broad subjects: how the Huron River shaped Lower Town, and the significant changes to the area since its original settlement.
